10.3 No security system is impenetrable. While n3n4 takes reasonable measures to protect your data, n3n4 cannot guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, as described in the Terms & Conditions.

11.3 Some rights are subject to limitations under applicable law — for example, n3n4 cannot erase data it is legally required to retain under PAGCOR or AML regulations. Where a request cannot be fulfilled in full, n3n4 will explain the specific legal basis for any limitation.
12.1 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 21 has registered on n3n4, please contact n3n4 support immediately. n3n4 will investigate and take prompt action to close the account and delete associated personal data.
12.2 n3n4's KYC verification process includes age verification against government-issued Philippine identity documents. This process is designed to prevent access by individuals under 21.
13.1 Some of n3n4's third-party service providers — including game content providers and cloud infrastructure services — may process personal data outside the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, n3n4 ensures that adequate safeguards are in place as required by the Data Privacy Act and NPC regulations, including:
