Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the n3n4 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and n3n4 governing your use of the platform.

2.2 By completing the registration process, accessing your Account, or placing any Wager on n3n4, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is a prerequisite to using any part of the platform.

2.3 If you are accessing n3n4 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and your acceptance binds both you and that person jointly and severally.

2.4 n3n4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15. Continued use of the platform following publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 To register and use a n3n4 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of, or are physically located in, the Philippines at the time of registration and at each time you access the platform;
• You are not accessing n3n4 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of n3n4 or its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are legally permitted under applicable Philippine law to participate in online gaming activities;
• You are not registered on PAGCOR's self-exclusion list or any other exclusion program recognized by n3n4;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.

3.2 Each individual may register only one Account on n3n4. Multiple accounts per player — whether registered under the same or different mobile numbers, identities, or devices — are prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.

3.3 During or after registration, n3n4 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, and driver's license. Withdrawal of funds is conditional on successful KYC verification.

3.4 All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly notify n3n4 of any changes to your registration information. n3n4 is not liable for losses or delays caused by inaccurate registration information.

3.5 n3n4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason, where doing so is consistent with its PAGCOR compliance obligations.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you. n3n4 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact n3n4 customer support immediately via live chat. n3n4 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation; however, n3n4 cannot guarantee recovery of any funds wagered or withdrawn prior to the report being received.

4.4 You must not allow any other person, including family members, to access or use your Account. All wagers placed through your Account are your personal responsibility regardless of who initiated them.

4.5 Account balances and winnings held in your Wallet may not be transferred to another n3n4 Account. Wallet balances are non-transferable except by way of a verified withdrawal to your own registered payment method.

5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on n3n4 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). n3n4 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by n3n4; however, your payment provider may impose separate charges.

5.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional methods may be made available from time to time; current supported methods are displayed in the payment section of your Account dashboard.

5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, withdrawal limits, and processing timelines are displayed in the Account dashboard and may be updated at n3n4's discretion. n3n4 aims to process GCash withdrawals within five minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within one business day, but these timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

5.4 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your n3n4 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. n3n4 reserves the right to require additional documentation to verify ownership of a withdrawal destination.

5.5 n3n4 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, compliance review, or investigation of suspected fraud or Terms breach. Where a delay is imposed, n3n4 will notify you through the Account dashboard or live chat.

5.6 Deposits made in error cannot be cancelled once they have been credited to your Wallet. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any deposit transaction before confirming it with your payment provider.

5.7 n3n4 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law and PAGCOR requirements. n3n4 may request documentation of the source of funds for large deposits and may decline or reverse transactions that cannot be satisfactorily explained.

6.1 All Wagers placed on n3n4 are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a Wager after it has been submitted to the game or event. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of each Wager before confirming it.

6.2 All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software for virtual games and by the physical outcomes of live dealer tables and licensed sabong arenas for live-streamed events. n3n4 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, n3n4 will resolve the affected round in accordance with its technical recovery protocols. Where a resolution cannot be determined, the Wager may be voided and the stake returned to your Wallet. n3n4 is not liable for losses attributable to your device, internet connection, or third-party software.

6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on n3n4 and are displayed within each game interface. n3n4 reserves the right to modify bet limits on any game at any time.

6.5 For live sabong events, Wagers are accepted only within the designated betting window prior to each bout. Wagers placed outside this window will not be processed. Results are determined by the officiating outcome of the accredited arena and are final.

7.1 From time to time, n3n4 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, reload bonuses, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the promotion at the time of offer.

7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified for each promotion.

7.3 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred. Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless the promotional terms explicitly permit otherwise.

7.4 n3n4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to reverse any bonus credits from an Account where n3n4 reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: using duplicate Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.

7.5 n3n4 is not obligated to offer any bonus or promotion to any particular player and may apply targeting criteria for promotional offers at its discretion.

8.1 n3n4 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your session reaches a set duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend access to your Account for a period of your choosing.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During the self-exclusion period, you will not receive marketing communications from n3n4 and your Account will not accept deposits or wagers. Self-exclusion periods may not be shortened once activated — requests to reduce the exclusion period will not be acted upon for a minimum cooling-off period as specified in the Account dashboard.

8.3 n3n4 cooperates with PAGCOR's exclusion programs and will honor exclusion notices received from PAGCOR or other recognized regulatory bodies. Players on a PAGCOR exclusion list are not eligible to hold a n3n4 Account.

8.4 n3n4 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where it identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions. This may include imposing deposit limits, requiring a cooling-off period, or referring the player to responsible gaming resources.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on n3n4 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with n3n4 games or systems;
• Exploiting game bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities, whether or not for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using n3n4 for any transaction connected to illegal activity;
• Accessing n3n4 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any means of location masking;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a transaction with your payment provider without first raising the matter with n3n4 support;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing n3n4 staff or other players.

9.2 n3n4 employs technical and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, n3n4 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

10.1 n3n4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• The Account is subject to a regulatory investigation, court order, or PAGCOR directive;
• The player has self-excluded or is on PAGCOR's exclusion list;
• n3n4 reasonably believes the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
• The player has died, become legally incapacitated, or is otherwise unable to operate the Account.

10.2 Upon termination of an Account for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable time and subject to applicable compliance checks.

10.3 Where an Account is terminated due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, n3n4 may, at its sole discretion, withhold the balance pending investigation or forfeit it in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements. n3n4 will provide written notification of any balance forfeiture.

10.4 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting n3n4 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are subject to the same KYC and compliance checks as withdrawal requests.

11.1 All content on the n3n4 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements — is the property of n3n4 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Your use of n3n4 does not grant you any ownership rights in any platform content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any n3n4 content without prior written authorization from n3n4.

11.3 The n3n4 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of n3n4. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in connection with any gaming, betting, or related service — is strictly prohibited.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, n3n4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings attributable to technical faults beyond n3n4's reasonable control.

12.2 n3n4's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 n3n4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. n3n4 takes reasonable technical measures to ensure platform stability but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by n3n4's negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13.1 n3n4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 n3n4 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine data privacy law to collect and retain certain player data, including identity documents, transaction records, and gaming history, for periods specified by applicable regulations. This data may be disclosed to PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or other regulatory bodies where required by law.

13.3 n3n4 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and issuances.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and n3n4, you agree to first raise the matter with n3n4 customer support via live chat. n3n4 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in Section 14.2, either party may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, as applicable.

14.4 You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the Philippines. You waive any objection to the Philippines as the forum for resolving such disputes.

15.1 n3n4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the n3n4 website with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, n3n4 will provide at least seven days' prior notice by posting a notice on the platform or notifying you through your registered contact details.

15.2 Your continued use of the n3n4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

15.3 n3n4 maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which is available on request via customer support.
